Per-message pricing is directly based on Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API conversation charges and local regulatory levies. Rates are subject to change at any time in alignment with Meta’s official revisions, with advance written notice communicated to your registered account email.
Billing & Policy
How It Works
Top up your wallet balance. Each message sent deducts the per-message cost based on your active plan and message type (Marketing / Utility / Authentication / Service).
Subscription Expiry & Renewal
You will receive automated notification emails prior to your subscription expiry date. If you choose not to renew, your account automatically transfers to the Starter (Pay-As-You-Go) tier. Your wallet balance remains fully intact, your WhatsApp Cloud API stays online, and outbound messaging continues under Starter per-message pricing.
Refund Policy
Wallet balance is non-refundable. Subscription fees are non-refundable once activated. Scheduled broadcasts can be cancelled for a full refund.
