LiteBroadcast is owned and operated by Shri Technologies (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By creating an account, topping up your wallet, or sending messages through LiteBroadcast, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

LiteBroadcast provides software tools to send WhatsApp broadcast campaigns, manage customer support chats, and schedule notifications using the official Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API.

Because messaging runs on WhatsApp, you must comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policy. Meta oversees message template approvals and number quality ratings.

• Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Team Members: You may invite colleagues and team members to your account. As the account owner, you are responsible for actions taken by your team.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate business details and keep your contact email up to date.

• Prepaid Wallet: LiteBroadcast operates on a simple prepaid balance. You top up your wallet, and message costs are deducted as messages are sent.
• Lifetime Wallet Validity: Your wallet balance never expires. Your funds stay available for future messaging without any forced expiration dates.
• Transparent Rates + GST: Per-message rates and subscriptions are billed with 18% GST as per statutory Indian tax rules, with GST-compliant tax invoices provided.
• Advance Rate Notifications: When Meta revises official WhatsApp charges, we update our rates and send advance notice to your registered email.

We maintain a strict anti-spam policy to keep WhatsApp clean and maintain high delivery rates:

• Opt-In Requirement: You must have permission from your customers before messaging them. Sending unsolicited bulk messages or bought lists is strictly prohibited.
• Opt-Out: You must respect customer opt-outs (such as STOP replies) and stop messaging contacts who ask to be removed.
• Account Standing: Accounts that generate excessive spam complaints may be restricted or suspended to protect phone number quality.

You may not use LiteBroadcast to promote or send content related to:

• Illegal products, weapons, drugs, or prescription medicines
• Adult goods, pornography, or explicit content
• Gambling, betting, or predatory financial schemes
• Fraud, phishing, deceptive scams, or hate speech

• Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your paid Pro subscription at any time with no lock-in or cancellation fees.
• Zero Downtime on Expiry: If your paid plan ends and is not renewed, your account automatically moves to the Starter (Pay-As-You-Go) plan. Your WhatsApp API stays fully active and your wallet balance remains intact.

Your Data: You own your contact lists and campaign messages. We will never sell, broker, or monetize your contact database.

Platform Ownership: LiteBroadcast, its software, and branding are the property of Shri Technologies.

Service Availability: We work to keep our services running reliably 24/7. However, we cannot be held liable for temporary interruptions caused by Meta network outages or telecom carrier issues beyond our reasonable control.
