LiteBroadcast is operated by Shri Technologies, based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
We provide official WhatsApp Cloud API broadcast tools, multi-agent chat, and campaign scheduling for modern businesses.
Information We Collect
We only collect the minimum information required to deliver your WhatsApp messaging services:
- Account Details: Your name, business email address, company name, and phone number when you register.
- WhatsApp Configuration: Your connected WhatsApp Business Account ID and phone number used to dispatch messages.
- Audience Contacts: Recipient phone numbers and contact names you upload to schedule broadcasts or handle customer inquiries.
- Billing Records: Transaction IDs, wallet recharge amounts, and GST details for invoicing. Payment card and banking credentials are handled directly by RBI-authorized payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay) and are never stored on our servers.
How We Use Information
Your information is used strictly to provide and support your services:
- To dispatch WhatsApp broadcast campaigns and live chat messages requested by you.
- To maintain your wallet balance, manage subscription renewals, and issue GST tax invoices.
- To send important account notifications (such as password resets, subscription expiry alerts, or pricing revisions).
- To ensure account security and prevent spam or abusive use of the platform.
Zero-Sale Commitment & Data Ownership
You Own Your Data: You retain complete ownership of all customer contacts and message copy uploaded to LiteBroadcast.
We do not share your contact list with other customers, third-party advertisers, or marketing firms. Data is only transmitted to Meta Platforms, Inc. as necessary to send messages to your intended recipients.
Data Security
We use industry-standard security safeguards to protect your account and data:
- All communication between your browser and our platform is encrypted via secure HTTPS.
- Passwords and API keys are securely hashed and protected.
- Team member access controls allow you to limit which team members can view contacts or billing records.
Cookies & Sessions
We only use essential functional cookies necessary to keep you securely signed in to your account and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
Data Retention & Deletion
Your contact lists and broadcast history are maintained while your account remains active.
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and uploaded data at any time by sending an email to support@litebroadcast.com. Upon verification, your contacts and profile data will be permanently removed, excluding statutory tax and billing records required under law.
